We may determine, calculate, verify, modify, reset, invalidate, or remove scores, rankings, records, or game progress when reasonably necessary to operate the Services, correct errors, maintain competitive integrity, or address violations of these Terms.

Ranking results are not guaranteed to remain permanently available.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

RED OR GOLD is intended to provide a fair competitive environment.

You must not:

• Cheat or use unauthorized tools, scripts, bots, macros, automation, or modified software;
• Manipulate scores, rankings, game data, network communications, or game mechanics;

If we reasonably determine that a user has violated these rules, we may take appropriate action, including invalidating scores, removing the user from rankings, restricting access, suspending or terminating an account or identifier, or taking other measures necessary to protect the Services and other users.

6. Daily Challenges and Competitive Features

RED OR GOLD may offer Daily Challenges or other competitive modes in which users compete under shared or comparable gameplay conditions.

We may establish and modify rules, schedules, scoring methods, eligibility requirements, technical conditions, and other aspects of these features.

Technical problems, network conditions, device performance, software versions, or other factors may affect gameplay.

We do not guarantee that every user's technical environment or gameplay conditions will be identical.

7. Advertisements

RED OR GOLD may be supported in whole or in part by advertising.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services and may vary based on factors such as country or region, device, platform, availability, privacy settings, and applicable law.

The presence, frequency, format, placement, and availability of advertisements may change over time.

Third-party advertisements and the products or services advertised through them are provided by third parties. VAbeat does not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, or content solely because they are advertised through the Services.

8. Purchases and Paid Features

The Services may offer paid features, digital content, subscriptions, advertising-removal options, or other purchases in the future.

Any purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform are also subject to the applicable platform's terms, payment rules, refund policies, and other requirements.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules, payments processed by a third-party platform are handled by that platform.

The availability and pricing of paid features may vary by country, region, platform, or other factors.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all related content are owned by or licensed to VAbeat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you.

You may not use VAbeat's trademarks, logos, game assets, or other intellectual property in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization by VAbeat.

10. User-Generated Content

If the Services later allow users to submit, upload, publish, or share content, additional terms or rules may apply.

You are responsible for content you submit and must ensure that you have all rights necessary to submit or share that content.

You must not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms.
